I hold a PhD in Law, Government and Public Policy with international mention from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (Spain). I have a Master in Constitutional Law from the Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo and the Centro de Estudios Políticos y Constitucionales. In addition, I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Law with a distinction of outstanding graduate from the Universidad Nacional de Cordoba (Argentina).
I am Assistant Professor in Constitutional Law, currently on compulsory leave while serving as Advisory Member at the General Secretariat for National Policy in the Office of the Spanish Prime Minister.
I have been a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of State Public Law at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Doctoral Professor and Academic Coordinator of the Master’s Degree in Public Management at the Universidad Internacional de La Rioja and FPI contract holder in the Area of Constitutional Law at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
I have carried out research stays at the Legal Research Institute of the National Autonomous University of Mexico; the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and at the Ludwig-Maximilians Universität-München (Germany, as a DAAD – Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst scholarship holder); as well as at the Universität-Wien (Austria).
I have participated and continue to participate in various competitive research projects at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and the Universidad de Valladolid (Spain); as well as at the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba and the Universidad Blas Pascal (Argentina).
I have worked professionally as Advisor to the Secretary of State for Relations with the Parliament and Constitutional Affairs (Ministry of the Presidency, Relations with the Courts and Democratic Memory – Government of Spain) and as a Lawyer in the Judiciary of the Province of Cordoba (Argentina).
